Welcome to Nero Cooking, the online store of Nero Benelux B.V. We strive to deliver your order to your home as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you'll find our shipping policy with all the details about our shipping methods, costs, and returns.

Postage costs

• Free shipping: For orders above €200,- we offer free shipping.

• Standard shipping costs: For orders under €200, the following shipping costs apply:

• Within the Benelux: Shipping costs vary by country and are displayed at checkout. Shipping within the Netherlands is €6.95.

• Outside the Benelux: Shipping costs vary by country and will also be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods

• Within the Benelux: All orders within the Benelux are shipped with PostNL. Ordered before 6pm, delivered tomorrow.

• Outside the Benelux: Orders outside the Benelux are shipped with DPD.

Shipping times

• Orders placed on weekdays before 6:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery

• Expected delivery times vary by country and are displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.

Returns Policy

• Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your order.

• Complete our return form and send the package to our returns address, or

• Refuse the shipment at your door, free of charge. The delivery driver will then take the package back with them free of charge.

• Refund: As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.
