Nero Cooking Returns & Refund Policy


Returns and Refunds Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or from the date on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement delivered by email.

We will refund you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such a refund.

Return Policy:

To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, you must ensure that:

- The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
- The goods are in the original packaging, with an unused stone.

The following goods cannot be returned:

- The supply of goods that are custom-made or personalized.
- The delivery of a used and/or damaged pizza stone as part of the return shipment
- The supply of goods which are not suitable for return by their nature, for example goods which spoil quickly or whose use-by date has passed.
- The supply of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
- The supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend insured and traceable shipping. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the items were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. You'll receive a gift certificate once the returned item is received.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
